Graduate Student
Max Haimowitz is a graduate student working in Professor Keren Bergman's Lightwave Research Laboratory. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. As an undergraduate he was a member of the Eta Kappa Nu electrical engineering honor society, and he worked on research into optical resonators in Professor Amir Arbabi's photonics laboratory. His current research focuses on using FPGAs to implement control systems for photonic integrated circuits.
