Professor Bergman Honored for Excellence in Semiconductor Research

Professor Bergman will receive the University Research Award for Design from the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA) at the upcoming SIA Awards Dinner. She is being recognized for "exceptional work in optical interconnect networks and photonic-enabled architectures that have advanced communication and computing systems."
